  4. Product must be fully paid for prior to collection unless otherwise agreed - see General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Check your Order, choose your payment options, then sign and return your confirmed Order Form back to Whitfert by email or fax on 1800 155 131.
  6. Contact your transport operator and make sure they have the Appointment number – 1800 111 801.
  7. To keep the collection procedure simple, advise your transport operator to make an appointment. You will be notified of the appointment time by SMS once an appointment is made. Your transport operator must advise Whitfert if unable to meet appointment times or date.
  8. With each collection a delivery docket will be provided to the carrier by SMS or email. A delivery docket and a GST compliant Tax Invoice will be sent to you via SMS or email once the carrier is loaded.
